Christian is the founder and chief paradigm shifter at ncd.life, helping us ask questions about life in all its fullness that no one has fully explored. He started this whole thing off, wondering what would happen if churches, communities and individuals brought their lives into alignment with the principles of the created world. On the basis of international research, he has written many books published in more than 40 languages.

Christian founded NCD International out of a passion to see churches and communities thrive. His training network, now active in over 70 countries, has helped breathe new life into tens of thousands of churches and supported countless people in their personal growth journeys. With his books translated into more than 40 languages, Christian’s insights have reached people worldwide, sparking new levels of vitality and fruitfulness.

For the past twenty-five years, Christian has been dedicated to empowering others, focusing personally on coaching and equipping people to live out their purpose.
