Produce your Detailed Profile
There are 7 key components to the Empowerment Detailed Profile:
1. A personal quality/quantity evaluation:
Insights into the relationship between quality (the average score of your Empowerment Profile) and quantity (the number of people you presently strive to empower). What is, for you, the ideal size group of people you should focus on?
2. Your personal Growth Cycle:
A representation of your results in cyclical form, portraying six phases of a growth cycle. How does your personal growth cycle look, and what practical consequences does that have for your daily work of empowering and leading others?
3. Your scores for all wing traits:
Whereas the Summary Profile presents your scores for the wing traits exclusively in graphical form, the Detailed Profile gives you the exact scores in all twelve wings. What are your personal scores in all areas, and what is your overall average?
4. Your scores for all 96 questions:
You get the exact scores for every single item, both in numerical and graphical form. Even in those areas with relatively low overall results, there will be some items with higher scores (and vice versa). This detailed view will help you understand both your strengths and your weaknesses far better. What are the specific statements behind your highest and lowest wing traits?
5. The highest 8 responses:
A look at the items that achieved the highest scores will provide you nuanced insights into the patterns of behavior that have been most fruitful in your relationship to the people you strive to empower. What are the 8 highest responses you have received?
6. The lowest 8 responses:
A representation of the lowest eight responses will help you identify blind spots—even maybe in the area of your strength! What are your eight potential blind spots?
7. An immediate growth plan:
A growth plan summarizing all of the information obtained by the Detailed Analysis, but relating it to one tiny step you can immediately take. What is the next growth step that—despite requiring minimal energy—has the potential to maximize your positive influence?

How do I get my Detailed Profile?
If you have already completed an Empowerment Test and have a spare token, just visit your Profiles page and click on "Explore Advanced Profiles" (if you don't have a spare token, click here). If you are yet to take the Empowerment Test, get it underway now and you will be able to produce your Detailed Profile as soon as your test is complete (The Empowerment Test with included Summary Profile costs 1 token and the Detailed Profile will cost you 1 additional token).
