could well imagine that a number of readers will be disappointed that there is not a section containing “practical tips” of what we should do in the area of every style, such as, “Light a candle. Now close your eyes. Breathe deeply.” Without a doubt, we need concrete applications. The reason that this book doesn‘t offer tips of this kind, is not that practical applications are unnecessary, but that there are far better ways to communicate them, specifically adapted to the needs of each individual situation.
