Consider the ascetic style key verse...

"I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize." (1 Corinthians 9:27)

Make a list of any ideas that come to mind about what it would mean in everyday practical terms for you to "beat your body" and make it your "slave".

Then, based on that list, write down what it might mean for you to "not be disqualified for the prize."
