The good

Desiring what is Good leads to a primarily ethical orientation. This is evident when we examine the three spiritual styles that are related to this value system. All three styles lean toward purity (and some toward puritanism as well) more than the other styles, as all of them are positioned opposite the green area: the ascetic style (a certain level of detachment from the sensual, material world is at its very heart); the enthusiastic style (acting above and beyond the established rules); and the sharing style (concerned with seeing the effects of transformed lives).
