It is always useful to keep in mind that the success of your coaches' and local churches' NCD processes is also dependent upon how well they can achieve the goals of Expansion, Progress, and Consistency. (In the case of a local church, Expansion doesn't end when they take their first survey. Over time, they need to expand the reach of NCD principles into the heads, hands, and hearts of their people, and even into their surrounding community.) It therefore makes sense for you to speak to your coaches and churches about these three categories, and even provide training to them based on those categories.
It is also helpful to remember that some of those coaches and churches are quite possibly achieving those goals in their smaller NCD ministry in a more effective way than you are across the full breadth of your ministry (mathematically, some will always be doing better than your average). So, take the chance to proactively set up a mutual learning environment with them in which you very openly ask for their suggestions and experience on Expansion, Progress, and Consistency. You may learn a great deal from them, and what you learn, you can also share with the other coaches and churches within your ministry.
