My task in our parish is a positive challenge that stretches my faith. It is my experience that God obviously uses my work for building the parish. The tasks I perform in our parish match my gifts. The sermon in The liturgy speaks to my personal situation. My fellowship group helps me with the challenges of my life. I connect with God in a meaningful way during the liturgy. Our leaders seem to enjoy their ministry in our parish. I find it easy to tell other Christians about my feelings. The liturgy has a positive influence on me. I know what value my work has in the overall work of our parish. I know that someone in our parish will hold me accountable for meeting the commitments I make. The leaders of the ministries of our parish meet regularly for planning. We encourage those who have recently embraced the Orthodox faith to become actively involved in our parish’s evangelism efforts. Our leaders actively seek to remove barriers that limit my ministry.
