Simon is chief story teller at ncd.life, helping us find the people and communities around the world we need to hear about, especially those who are little known.

Hi, I’m Simon.

While I’m just now beginning to apply NCD tools in a practical way, the values and principles they embody have been part of my life from an early age, since my father is the founder of NCD. Growing up, I was shaped by these ideas, and they’ve influenced not only how I see the world but also how I engage with people and communities around me.

I’m especially excited about how, by nurturing our creative potential, we can enhance our capacity for empathy, compassion, and love. One of my proudest achievements is founding a festival that brings together my friends and their extended networks. It’s a unique gathering, focused on growth—personal, social, and even spiritual—where everyone can contribute, learn, and inspire each other. The festival has become a space for genuine connection, where we cultivate a sense of belonging and collective growth, and it reflects the same values that have been central to my upbringing.
