Chief Net Mender

Gillian is Chief Net Mender at ncd.life, helping us weave together our many teams and catching the fish that swim through our helpdesk.

I’m Gillian. I’ve been part of the Natural Church Development movement for over 18 years—the last 18 months with NCD International—working across administration, help desk support, and consulting. With more than 20 years in human resources, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for people: listening well, offering support, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

I have a particular heart for counselling, and I value walking alongside others through challenges. I love being part of helping church leaders and communities grow in healthy, meaningful ways.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors—especially out on a hike. I’m married to David and have two sons, Mitchell and Joshua.
