I'm pleased to invite you to download and begin exploring with your leadership team the '3 Color Spiral - NCD Survey Workbook'.

This workbook briefly presents the new 3 Color Spiral concept and takes you and your leadership team through an NCD Survey Cycle. Being a principle oriented workbook, it is only intended (and able) to get you started with the process, but throughout, there are links back to this web site where you can find additional ideas and information to take you further and deeper if necessary.

The 3 Color Spiral At the foundational level, the spiral takes the principle-oriented approach of NCD that is so valuable and well estabished in the diagnostic areas, and applies it to the very implementation of NCD in all facets of ministry life - right from the long-term perspective to the everyday.

The Spiral is also in the background of the NCD Campaign Tools. In that context the emphasis is on ensuring that as far as possible, the Campaign is not just another event, but a time of weekly corporate qualitative growth that is able to continue on seemlessly after the final week.
