To find your received token history, go to the Tokens tab under My NCD Surveys. Then click on Received History at the top under the tabs bar. This will allow you to perform a search.

There is a number of search options to select from. You can search using token provider, date range, country, language OR report type.

For example, if you are looking for the history of all the Basic Profile tokens you have received, then select Basic Profile from "For producing". Or maybe you are looking for all tokens received for a particular language, then select this language from the Survey Language drop down list.

Once an search option has been selected it will come up with "Please Wait". This is while a search is being down. A complete list will appear down the bottom once the search is completed.

If the list is still too long and can't find what you are looking for, add another search option and this will narrow down the search.

To reset the search either Refresh the webpage, or change the option back to "any" or delete the dates inserted.
