Master Mind groups are a mutual learning environment in which NCD Coaches can share experiences, coach each other, and gain additional input on specific challenges. The specific details are as follows:
Group size: 5-8 coaches.
Frequency of meetings: Every other month.
Duration of meetings: 90 minutes.
Time of meetings: Set by the group.
Place of meetings: Virtual meetings (e.g. Skype or Zoom) or in-person regional meetings.

Roles
— Facilitator (invites the group to the meeting, takes care of organizational aspects, and leads the discussion)
— Case giver (provides a case situation they are working on for the others in the group to coach them through - see downloadable outline below)
— Coaches (coach the case giver through the given case)
Accountability
For coaches wanting to pursue PNC (Professional NCD Coach) or MNC (Master NCD Coach) accreditation, it is a requirement to participate in at least four Master Mind group meetings per year. Participation dates to be submitted to your NCD National Partner once per year (based on mutual trust).
