The very same day you decide to take your first or next NCD Survey, you can have your survey participants giving their feedback via their iPhone, smartphone, iPad, tablet or computer. No need to gather them for yet another meeting. In as little as a few days you could be clicking the completion button to immediately produce your results.

Prefer paper forms?

No problem! The option to conduct the NCD Survey using paper forms will continue indefinitely. You can even run it with a mix of online and paper form participants. Your choice.
