There are two main reasons that you are not likely to be able to directly serve all of the churches in your region through NCD:

1. There are too many of them for you to be able to provide quality support.
2. No matter how comfortable you are working with different groups, they may not feel comfortable working with someone they perceive as being different to them.

So, in the interests of multiplication and seeing Kingdom fruitfulness expand across your region, you are going to need a network of NCD coaches of some kind.

Some NCD ministries suffer from having only one available NCD coach. Some NCD ministries have formally trained, accredited NCD coaches. Some have coaches they mutually mentor in an informal way. And some have a mixture of coaching approaches. Apart from the fact that you will probably need to establish a network of coaches if you are going to see significant expansion of your ministry, the approach to coaching should be worked out in a way that considers all relevant factors and requirements in your country.

A Coach account is able to create Survey Facilitator accounts for other people, while a Sub-partner account can create Survey Facilitator accounts and Coach accounts.

Once given a role under your account, that person can only obtain their survey tokens through you and all profiles they produce are automatically shared to your account. If you are an NCD National Partner, this also means that all of their profiles count towards your NCD Ministry Health scores.
