How do I provide tokens manually?

This feature is to be used when receiving a request via telephone or email, and as an act of customer service, you would like to provide tokens without requiring the customer to visit the site, or when a user is temporarily unable to use the online system. In general, to free your own time, encourage users to make their requests online via the system.

To provide tokens manually go to the Tokens tab under My NCD Surveys. Click on the Provide Tokens Manually up the top under the tabs bar.

Insert the user name of the recipient. Then select country, language, type of report and the number of tokens to provide. Insert any comments if you wish, and click Provide Tokens.

If you need to provide tokens for more than one type of report, country or language, complete the process for one and then complete the process again.

For example if you need to provide Basic Profile and NCD Result Guides tokens, complete the process for Basic Profile and then complete for NCD Result Guides. Same if you need to provide Basic Profile tokens for Peru and Argentina, complete the process for Peru and then do it again for Argentina.

PLEASE NOTE: You are only able to approve token requests if you have the tokens available to pass onto another user.

If you do not have enough tokens of the particular country/language/report type requested, you will first need to go to Request Tokens section and request those tokens, wait for them to be approved by your Token Vendor and then you can approve the pending request on Token Requests.
