To request tokens, click on the Tokens tab under My NCD Surveys. It will come up with the Request Tokens section.

Firstly this is where you can see how many tokens you currently have available and what has been requested.

To request more tokens, complete the survey country, language, the type of report and the number of tokens you require for that particular report. The "Make request to" has been completed according to your Token Vendor.

If you need to request tokens for more than one type of report, country or language, complete the process for one and then complete the process again.

For example if you require Basic Profile and NCD Result Guides tokens, complete the process for Basic Profile and then complete for NCD Result Guides. Same if you require Basic Profile tokens for Peru and Argentina, complete the process for Peru and then do it again for Argentina.
