To create a new account click the Accounts tab in My NCD Surveys. This will come up with the Create Account section.

Insert a user name for the new account holder and their email address. Untick the box if you do not wish to notify user of their new account at this time.

Select their role. You are only able to select roles that are either at the same level or lower than yourself.

Select the country and language the new user is to have access to. Hold down the "command" key if you wish to select multiple countries and languages. Again you are only able to select countries and languages that are available to yourself.

Insert the maximum number of tokens that can be requested by the user. Leave blank for unlimited.

Confirm their Token vendor. This may be yourself, or your National Partner, coach or regional coordinator. If you are unsure it is best you contact your National Partner to confirm.
