As much as we develop and provide tools to help churches understand their NCD Survey results, there are nearly always questions beyond the answers provided in those tools. Also, there are often questions that our tools do answer but, for whatever reason, those answers have been overlooked by the church.

On this basis, there is great value in ensuring that every NCD Survey result is debriefed with the help of someone with more experience than the given church. Many times, the tiniest points or misunderstandings that could be easily addressed, end up slowing down or even stopping progress being made. Making sure such assistance is provided at the start of the process, and regularly ongoing contact is maintained, can remove many small barriers which will greatly improve the likelihood of progress being made.
