Thinking thinking- now more doing doing doing...

I am rational, and focusing on my own style for 28 days... I am thinking about what the book says on pg 97 (rational style), only when explanations are sufficient, does faith have a solid ground. Last week I started reading Matthew for the first time with a small group that has also read 3 Colors. Matthew starts out very rationally and it is helping me with my quest to "know" Jesus. I need to know the details and facts for it all to make sense in my mind...

Thoughts and Questions:

Doing love: "Are you following through and inviting God and others to go beyond the plan?"

Thoughts and Questions:

You will notice that the Do stage falls exactly between the exhale and inhale side of the cycle. This is not just a graphical coincidence but illustrates a vital point about doing in Kingdom community. We must be very sensitive as to when our part of the partnership with God or others is complete or has been exhaled. To over-do things robs you of the life and love that you already have. It also pushes others out of community with you as their contributions and love for you are ignored.

Once upon a time… (escaping the 'do'ldrums)

"John is one of the most insightful young people you have ever met. He is a person who sits, watches, listens, takes in everything around him and then almost as if to catch you off guard, suddenly comes out with statements that seem to summarise the world, God's will and eternity in one sentence – and it all makes sense! What's more, John has an extraordinary capacity to take these insights and develop them into poetry.
