If, after producing a Basic Profile, you discover there has been an error in entering visible information like the church's or pastor's name, please follow these steps.

Open the relevant Basic Profile by clicking on its name on your My survey data/Basic Profiles page.

Click Delete on that page. Note that this will not delete your survey data, but only the report that was produced. Also, as it may take at least 24 hours to receive the replacement token, be sure that even an incorrect version of the report will not be needed in the meantime.

Request a replacement token by using the contact form at the bottom of the web site. Please refer to the particular survey and the reason for needing a replacement token. This will ensure you are not charged twice for that report.

Having received your replacement token (or if you had a spare in the meantime) go to Enter survey data/Incomplete surveys and click edit on the survey in question. Click on Edit Facilitator form and carefully correct the relevant information and click save at the bottom of the form.

Click Produce Basic Profile. You will receive an email after a few minutes when it is ready and will also be able to access it again on My survey data/Basic Profiles.
