Once you have produced a Report Variation (such as NCD Result Guides, Profile Plus or NCD Insights), you can view it and all other reports you have produced, under My Survey Data tab in the Report Variations section.

Click on the Report Name to view the Report.

For Profile Plus and NCD Insights...
To download, scroll down and click on the appropriate link under Downloads. You can either download the full report (including text) or just the graph/s. The report will download in PDF format.

For NCD Result Guides...
Before you download any reports, please view the Getting Started video if you haven't already. This will give you an overview about the NCD Result Guides.

Once you have done this, continue to the Summary tab in the left menu. To download, scroll down and click on the appropriate link under Downloads. You can either download the full Summary Guide (including text) or just the graph/s. The report will download in PDF format.

Then continue onto the Story, Status and Strategy tabs in the left menu and repeat the download process.

For Cycle Starters, download the 5 Cycle Starters applicable to the church survey you are viewing. These are quoted on the My Growth Cycle image in the Cycle Starters tab and also in the Story, Status and Strategy guides. To find the Cycle Starters you are looking for, start typing the name into the search box.

Delete this report - This button is only to be used if you wish to delete the report you are viewing. This may be because there is an error in the report or you accidentally created the report. If you delete the report it does NOT delete the survey data. This survey data can be found in Incomplete Surveys under Enter Survey Data tab. When you do reproduce the report you will require another token. You may have to request a replacement token if there was an error in the initial Basic Profile report.

To go back to your Report Variation list, click Report Variations under the Report Name.
