To create a Report Variation (such as NCD Result Guides, Profile Plus or NCD Insights) you need to...

1. Click on My Survey Data and then click Create report variation.
2. You may only have your own church or a few churches on your account. If you have many listed, click "search" and select one of the options to filter out the survey/s you require. Then click "search".
3. Check the box to the left of the survey/s you wish to include in your report variation.
4. If you wish for your report variation to show progress over time, be sure to check the box next to all of those surveys (maximum of 4).
5. Once you have located and ticked all surveys that you wish to include in the report variation, scroll to the bottom and select from the drop down list the type of report variation you would like to produce.
6. Finally, click Create report variation. This will use a report variation token of the type you have chosen.

NOTE: You will be unable to select report variations from the drop down list if you do not have a token for that particular type. You will see the number of tokens you currently have available. If you do not have any tokens of the report you require, click Request more tokens. This will take you to the Tokens tab to send a request to your token vendor. Basic Profile comparisons are free of charge and you can create as many as you wish.
