Some people like to learn most by thinking, others by doing. The NCD process involves developing and balancing both approaches. While working through and discussing your NCD results is a huge help in thinking through to a new way of acting, Cycle Starters are a great way to balance that up by helping you to act through to a new way of thinking.
As the name suggests, Cycle Starters are not comprehensive lists of must-do tasks to improve the health of your church. They might be developed and shaped into your main action plans, but first of all they are simply a means to get the wheels of change turning in your church as you continue to think about your minimum factor areas.
Just enter a few letters of a survey quality characteristic, theme or question in the box below, download the Cycle Starter set you would like, pick a starter from the sheet, and go do it!
